Refund & Return Policy

Effective date: June 21, 2026. This policy applies to MYYIE iPhone screen assemblies, display parts, wholesale orders, and related accessories purchased through our website.

Email admin@adbiu.com or call +1 360 450 5072 before shipping any item back. We will provide the correct regional return address by email after approving the RMA request.

1. Return window

Most unused and uninstalled products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to inspection and approval by MYYIE.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested before sending any product back. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused or delayed.

2. Eligible return condition

Returned screen assemblies must be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, free of adhesive residue, cracks, scratches, burns, liquid damage, flex cable damage, missing seals, missing serial labels, or other signs of installation or misuse.

Products should be returned in original ESD-safe packaging with accessories, protective films, labels, and order documentation where possible.

3. Non-returnable items

Installed, attempted-installed, soldered, modified, physically damaged, liquid-damaged, or customer-damaged parts are not eligible for standard returns.

Custom orders, special procurement items, clearance items, sample kits, and products marked final sale are not eligible for return unless defective on arrival or otherwise required by law.

4. Defective on arrival or shipping damage

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective on arrival, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery. Please include the order number, product SKU, clear photos or video, packaging photos, and a description of the issue.

If the claim is approved, MYYIE may offer replacement, store credit, repair support, or refund depending on inventory, defect confirmation, and the nature of the issue.

5. Warranty handling

Unless a product page states otherwise, MYYIE screen assemblies include a 90-day limited quality warranty covering eligible manufacturing defects.

The warranty does not cover installation damage, flex cable tears, cracked glass, pressure marks caused by handling, liquid damage, burns from incorrect installation, unauthorized repair, normal wear, or incompatibility caused by incorrect model selection.

6. Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. After MYYIE approves a refund, processing times may vary depending on Stripe, the card network, and the customer's bank.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, payment processing fees, and return shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or otherwise required by law.

7. Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and safe packaging unless MYYIE confirms the return is due to our fulfillment error or an approved defective-on-arrival claim.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. MYYIE is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit before they are received by our return facility.

8. Inspection and restocking

All returned items are inspected after arrival. If the returned item does not match the approved claim, is missing parts, or shows installation or damage, MYYIE may reject the return, reduce the refund, or offer to ship the item back at the customer's expense.

For approved buyer's remorse or incorrect-order returns, a restocking fee may apply depending on order size, product condition, and handling cost.

9. How to request a return or refund

Email admin@adbiu.com with your order number, product SKU, quantity, reason for return, and photos or videos when relevant. Our team will review the request and provide RMA instructions if approved.

Return warehouse addresses are not published on this page. Because MYYIE uses different receiving locations by region, the correct return address will be provided by email after your RMA request is reviewed and approved.

Please do not send products back before receiving written RMA instructions from MYYIE. Items sent to an unapproved address, including any company registered address, may be refused, delayed, or returned at the customer's expense.
